Please keep your presentation to:

Please, check-in with your session chair at least five minutes before the session starts. Presentations will be called only at the published times even if preceding presentations will not take place.

Session and presentation times are listed online and in the program booklet.

The conference will be held in room "HS B", which is equipped with a Data Projector (beamer), Note Book with Windows and an Overhead Projector for "hard slides". Preferred mode of talks is the following:

  1. Give your slides on a floppy or a memory stick in the break before your session to the technical personal or the chairperson. 
  2. They will copy it to the built-in note book before the session starts.
  3. You can use the built-in note book for your talk.

Please tell the technical personal or the chairperson if you prefer using "hard slides" or your own computer - or none of them :-).

Information for Session Chairs

Session and presentation times are listed online and in the program booklet.

Please attend the session room 10 minutes before the session starts. The speakers have been asked to show up and contact you at least 5 minutes (see  above) before the session starts.

In each room, a member of our local organization team will be available to solve technical problems. Please note that the time schedule has to be strictly adhered to. Please enforce strict time limits.

In case a presentation does not take place (since, e.g., the speaker does not show up), please do not shift forward the remaining talks; you may, however, allow more time for preceding speakers. Participants should be able to rely on presentations to start as originally scheduled.
